On a lighter note here, I remember back the early 70's before SNL hit the tube. Be out in the XS Switzer in 74 Fox lake chain Ill..(Blarneys) W/E's closing down the lake front bars. But when SNL came on Sat nite 75? Boats parked the bars and watch the tube! AND Sunday nite get the hell out home before 10:00 and catch at 11:00? "Now for something completely different". "Its"...

Paul Kantner, one of the giants of the San Francisco music scene, died Thursday. Mr. Kantner, a founding member of the Jefferson Airplane, was 74 and had suffered a heart attack this week.
