Anyone in, from or near Destin?

We are leaving Saturday morning for a week in Destin. I am wondering if anyone might have any recomendations for a good local place to eat, visit sight see etc...??

SLIMM go to AJ s and the Boathouse is cool local dive for oysters and beer,charter boat row is cool to watch the boats come in,you will find plenty to do!! Cool place��

Water is not super clear right now, but if it is when you get there, rent a boat and cruise the beaches for a day, the panhandle is an amazingly beautiful place.

I am one of the lucky people that tan just getting close to a lightbulb, Angie and her daughters however....might need some SPF 100!!
