Damn, I remember when one nite..long ago..

And I KNEW Steve Dahl and his radio side kick Gary Myer...and the band.."teenage Radiation". I was there too here. Was supposed to be a double header ball game, but..fans went nuts, last game cancelled! Almost set the place on fire and cleaning up the outfield would sure take time. And then, beers sold on the way out, AFTER the game. None this sissy crap, "no alcohol after the 7th inning" They say a rain out, but BS...as the crowd was wasted, and .."lets party!"

Now your showing your age, LOL. Back in the day, Steve Dahl was great. He has been off of the air for a few years now, although he has a podcast you can subscribe to. Buzz Killman is his part time side kick, funny thing i was good friends with his wife Amy growing up.

DAMN, I KNEW someone would chime in from back there! Yep, Amy was .."oh well put up with Steve anyway" Then Gary sidekick was dating Deborah Norville, the SUPER HOTTIE on the news. And remember Steve..(who lived in Bolingbrook, and a old GF had a house close him too)..said some chit ..can't remember, but looking out his window at "the waves in the wind?" HA!...simple massive corn field out there, and " corn stalks in the breeze! And ya gotta remember "the Loop"..Radio station..WLUP"
Ya old enough to remember Larry Lujack, and "little snotnose" Tommy.."heres a shiny new dime for ya Tommy, if ya get this question right"? And Dick Biondi getting canned off the air for that remake on Mini Skirts? Said .."If the skirts get any shorter, the girls will be "lip sticking 4 lips, instead of 2" DAMN, WTF happened to those days..harmless fun then?

Buzz still with us too? Good for him too. Damn, we might be getting old but DAMN sure will never "grow up"

WLS, AM radio...(Edit here as watching now again..about 3:40 min in the DC10 crash on take off O'Hare? Lost a engine..(TOTALLY), off the wing? I had just walked out of work at 3pm. We saw the big black smoke, fire, and said to each coming out.."Bet a airliner crashed" Yep. And I worked at Reynolds Aluminum then, Maintenance Machinist and at times sharpened "end mills', that put those "swirls on the wing skins, Boeing jets. We MADE the wing skins for that plane. NSTB/FAA was all over us later. But not our fault. (We took pride in our work then, QUALITY, as everything we made, some ones lifes was on down the line depended on it...and what we made" we took it serious too..)

DAMN..I remember when the "8 track" tapes players came to be. Put one in my ride, and the "girls did NOT like it, as.."PUT THE RADIO BACK ON!" Never forget this as the usually "2 minutes" songs.."went Viral..(word never known back then!). Gotta love..JJ on the drums! still got the vinyl here too..(someday I even might play "side "B"? HA!
