firstly- sorry for taking over the thread and I should have started another !!! so I will move on and do this through private message,etc- I corresponded with Jock and Ray over the weekend and this is what they said- Jock raced as #103- wally Q. was #16 - peacock was #22- and ray parker bought his glas/moli from Neil Chambers- so whoever Jock sold the boat to in late fall of 1970 remains a mystery- thanks guys for your help it is appreciated- Ted

Gene, I'm glad you found and posted the larger picture of #14.
When I looked at the picture of #14 in post #2326 above, besides the boat looking larger, the little bit of the engine I could see it looked like the engine was offset - like a twin.

Switch subjects for a moment .....

Just had a friend pop into the office and said he saw a boat collection that included Molinari's on American Pickers either last night or the night before. Said there was a large number of outboard engines in this collection. He thought the collection was in Nashville, but wasn't sure. Did anyone see the show ..... does anyone know who this collector is?

In the picture in #2336 leaning up against Jock's boat isn't that Gary Blas? Pic in #2337 is Belle Glade. Rim Ditch Canal had a one pin turn at tha west end. I hurt my back in that turn that day and it has come back to haunt me as I sit here.

I went to this website but could not find anything; www.history.com/shows/american-pickers

Sounds very interesting if someone can find out more and direct us as to how we can see pictures or video if indeed it exists

Gene. Do you have any more pictures of the Gold Coast from the Stadium? If that was the year Johnny Reed blew over a Carlson I was in that one.
