Help me pick a handgun

You can get a Remington 870 or Mossy 500 for right around 300 bills and there is not a thing wrong with them. Again, I have lots of slugs/shot through my 870, and it's been submerged with me several times on hunting trips. Not a single FTF FTE ever. I have no NEED to buy another shot gun, but want several more as well as other long guns and hand guns.

Nothing wrong with starting out at a QUALITY entry level gun and adding to the collection.

Here's my 870 next to my Mini 14. I take care of them, and haven't had a problem with either.

Finally!!! This is what i bought today!! My very first firearm! I know it's about time!! Taking my nra class tomorrow...anybody have an opinion on the s&w airweight .38 p+ revolver?

Check out page 8 post # 108. Looks like you have the 20 gauge version.

As far as the S&W. To stay within your range take a look at the S&W 442.
