I'm clearing off the shop benches now..of "stuff on the list"..(it can wait)..making "sit down room", getting the chairs out. I'm tossing a "Happy hour party", in the shop tomorrow, for the working stiffs..hard workers too, "crete drivers, power company dudes, work in the worst weather, power outs..solid good people. Used to be the 9 mile down the road tavern, on Friday, but they can't afford getting busted..driving back here. Here its private..tell'em..come on over..roast/toast..crawl home. Who cares. Safe here..
I need a Webcam here, in the shop! But then again...."they would find us!..living life!"
AND THATS ILLEGAL!
And why a.."Thursday Happy hour?"...simple..we start early, crawl home early, and the cops are out Fridays! Do New Years eve two DAYS AFTER..with friends..just a freaking date in space..cops still drilling those busted, you get a free pass home..
Me?..make a rule, and I'll figure a way around it! .."age/treachery/saw a way to still DO IT"..and blind side'em.

Damnit..I'm in a lousy mood tonite. I don't know why. Probably feeling effects, old..still healthy. Maybe the old stuff brought up, tunes, and remember those times, I had with friends, then, now either gone, or sick, with the struggle of cancer..(old G/F)..sucks. Many friends killed on bikes, the Nam thing, the constant BS news....the "freedom we knew,'...."gone..its now illegal"..seems I wake up too bullchit daily, the "tube news", and neighbors, one or the other is sick, with something. "Can ya help me here?
I have ..(again)..no idea why I am still alive..I have not only been "pushing the envelope" ..I flipped it over, .."Hmm..whats on the backside?"
I dunno, but the following rips..are my favorites. Life is tough. And to not known her, just here, my old G/F.. "this is for you Mary". ..going to the Mayo Clinic..(again)..she might not come home, this time. Only 58, struggled cancer for years..I told her today.."Kid..I wish ya well..but as 2500 miles away, I'm with you in in my mind, and holding yer hand."

One more Seger..me and Mary were tight.."friends"..her a B/F, me a G./F...HS. We would complain a headache, dump the others, meet Mary later, and stay out all night, just BSing, and "crusin"..back in the 70's.....in fast old muscle cars!

Girl had/has .."spunk", and hope she comes home healthy.
