Well, I helped a dude here work on his boat today, my dog got a ride, pee'ed a bush, gotta free cookies, and a belly rub..(I got 2 free beers!)..then shot back, got the leaf blower out, did the drive again, as saying rain tomorrow..(mountains Ski resorts are either open, or this weekend, saying another good foot up there, (not sea level..just gonna be wet down here)..
Back in the shop, woodstove is cooking..(ya, only 50 outside, but I'm a wimp..now 74 in here.."gotta love a toasty shop, my toys, happy dog, and will sooner or later, hit the house, do a Pizza, crash the couch, watch taped racing, of some sort. NHRA finals, end, this weekend..be a good final show.
But now..."back to the music!"...oldies on now..getting nothing done here in the shop as usual..but got one playing now, I don't think we not posted?

Robby sometimes it good to do nothing. Your shop look pretty well in order in your pictures so can just sit awhile and have some fun. You already put you time in.

Yep...life has enough "stress"..and as VERY lucky to get retired at 44, a plant shutdown..(the beginning of the end by the way, our economy), had the time and service at work..(Reynolds "Tinfoil")..and now bought out Alcoa, got a decent pension, good health care..(unless Opey messes it up)..and I always was a "shop bum"..women like the perfect house, I like a perfect shop.
Trust me, I have people here the private HOA, knowing I can work/fix anything, say to the other people who don't know me "yet".."Take it to Robby"

Decades of mems, everywhere ya look Posters, toys..(big and small)..old pix me, my tools, etc.
Had a dude come over a week ago...lives a few blocks away, builds Harleys and now getting into "Rat Rods", has a 40x60 shop...the wife saw my shop for the first time..she freaked!..says.."'Jason (hubby).. how come yer shop is such a cluttered mess?..

Its a guy thing, and some the BEST, mechanics, I know, ya wonder how they can find anything, tripping over parts, just laying on the floor.

Also should say here, as the "corner Tavern"..(9 miles back to HWY101.we are rural, but populated HOA, end of peninsula)", the DUI thing, simple few beers, has me in winter, saying ..on Fridays, 'ya all come on home here, after work, shop be warm, BYOB, music cranking, BS, "roast one", toast many, laugh..crawl home if needed.. private HOA..5 miles roads, no cops, just don't smash into the parked boats....its my famous "Happy Hour", shop parties. Many work for the Power company's, construction, truck drivers, doing Cement, etc. Hard working dudes, to make yer life easy..and deserve a easy pay back..my dime if needed....some these guys..(the Power to yer house, are out in the worst possible weather imagined, windstorms/ice/snow/cold.., power outs..busting butt..so ya got power back...its my small token, payback, to them...and all super dudes...bust there butt.
I just get them wasted, and tell'em..Thanks..

Kinda taking some "fork in the road"..here..but without those dudes...I would not be able to post a damn thing...we need that "lectricity"

I built this place 15 years ago...did it my way...of course, having the all day retired thing, to work it, helps. how in heel, I ever did the 21 years work, up at 5am, off 3pm, party 'till 3am, do it again, is beyond me!

Day at a time kids..and trust me..the grass here, might be greener, but "still needs cutting!"
