what spark plugs to run on a 200hp evinrude vindicator
hey guys just wanted to know what sort of spark plugs should i run on my 1998 evinrude xp vindicator to get the best performance ,, any help would be great cheers paul

That link is about crossflows. QL77JC4 is the resistor plug, L77JC4 is the non resistor. You'll have many people tell you to run the BR8HS NGK, but I like the Champions.

The first closed deck blocks had ql77jc4 (1993) The 94 on now call for the 78YC plugs, remember the original 93 had a smaller chamber in the head.

I originally ran the 78YC in my 2000 OMC but I switched to the 77jc4 cause I had a whole bunch laying around and didin't notice a difference. Whenever I change 'em I look for the 78YC but if I can get the 77JC4 cheaper I just use those.

Al is right, but the QL77JC4 is a good plug too. Plus you can get them at WalMart for like $1.50 or so...really cheap.
