1650 wins 175/200hp class
Just got home from the Bridge to Bridge powerboat race in Sydney, 108 km on the Hawkesbury river. the 175/200hp (production engine class) was won by 'Airborne', a 1650 bullet with 2.5L 175 turning a 27" cleaver in a smidge over 47 minutes. did the math and it workes out at around 138km/hr (85 mph) GO THE AUSSIE BULLETS!!!!!!!

Craig Truslove, in his F1 Superboat.
Congrats to him and his team, well deserved
Great to see an outboard win the event overall, rather than a dirty bathtub!

The bridge to bridge results are on the Upper hawksbury power boat club web site.Fantastic to see an outboard winning overall. Also good luck to all at the World ski race champs in NZ. Lets hope the aussies do well and can bet the Kiwis not like at the trans tasman challenge a couple of weeks ago.
