When I rigged my Virage I used some cable bezels and put bellows inside them. I had to hog out the inside of the bezels with my die grinder to get the steering hose ends thru. After they were thru, I cut the bellows in half and slid over the hose ends. (VERY tight but with WD40 and two needle nose pliers I was able to pull over)
The bellows were from McMaster Carr. You can see them on the tailgate on the left side. (I used the larger ones)



Here they are test fit. I didn't like the bellows protruding this much so I just slid them in and only left one bellow and the collar exposed.
