Also , should say, I was shipped overseas, to Germany, in 1970. Still in the service. I was the Battalion "welder", had my own Deuce and a 1/2, towing the gas fired welder, truck bed, the "red and green". Had to do the month in "Graf..(those who there. know what spoke here)..training exercise.
So, we come back to Hanue, the "autobahn", chugging along at 65..(ya had BETTER be in the right lane)..and I gotta take a whiz. My helper, riding right seat, tell him.."steer", I gotta whiz". So I lock the hand throttle open..(to use the trucks air compressor, PTO, etc)..and I open the door at 65, and let it fly!
Then, back in the cab, its dark, I see a pin point of light in the mirror. (say me..this sucker if flying!)
Well, he flashed the lights, twice, which there meant.."gonna pass ya".
HOLY CRAP..if he was NOT DOING 200MPH, it was close, to, 199!. heres some vid, how THEY ride FAST... and it aint .."55"!.
