What an incredible rig. I must admit that I would have no desire to drive that car at this point in my life. I have a lot of respect for what he has done and continues to do. My son and I have been able to meet him a couple of times in person and were privileged to hear his story of starting out working in the family restaurants and "screwing around" with you tube then chasing his passion of cars and speed as his followers continued to grow.

Was impressed how fast he reeled that car back in after blowing the tires at 100' ? What a handful all that power is on 28" radials. Already 4.00 1/8 on second low boost test pass. Fastest cars are 3.40-3.50ish? Mullet gave him some real good experience recovering blown tires. Is there a unseen rift going between clet & steve morris ? Steve just built that 28" radial 2010 Camaro with clets old smx motor. He isn't keeping up with clets 69 though.

No rift with Steve Morris that I can see. SMX is a drag and drive engine and the new car is drag only and they wanted a pro mod hemi. SMX was too much for that ElCamino so they went back to the Dart big block that is still from Steve Morris.

That car is a monster. In a good way.
They already have engine probs. Had to pull the heads. They are learning how much maintenance this engine is going to require.
Go to 55:55 to see engine problems.
