I took the injectors off again and sent them to brucato and had them clean and adjust which they definitely needed. When I put them back on the boat ran perfect. Fast forward 3 weeks to when I took the boat out again and I'm having the same issues.
This would concern me more than anything... what's plugging up the injectors?

They were not correctly flowed the first time. I'm sure they have been out of spec for quite some time. It is very strange that when I got them back from Brucato the motor ran great, nothing has changed, and now it doesn't.

It doesn't seem like that could be a coincidence... but something would have to be getting through the filters OR the lines are deteriorating and coming apart inside?

Fuel line liner coming apart would do this. Or a failing fuel pump.

It seems like a blockage somewhere in the rail or debris got into the injectors definitely. I have checked the lines multiple times and removed the filter temporarily. No sign of any degrading or deteriorated hose / liner. Going to pull the rail off tomorrow. Could this be stator related? Thanks for the help guys.

Stators die at 2200 rpms or so. You would know. Mine went out on October 4th after running for like 60 miles on a poker run I wen to pull up on the beach and it died. Re-start and it wouldn't idle worth a darn but over 2200 it was like you flipped a switch and the other 3 cylinders came back on. No big deal, just ran back to the dock at 105 mph and it ran like a top...

Thats the most classic stator failure one bank failing at either high or low speed. They can fail in other ways, but not likely what you are describing at high rpm

You can usually pull the little filters out of the top of the injectors by hand with a wood screw... they are super cheap to replace. Maybe you can figure out what (if anything) is in them?

I pulled the screens out of my injectors easy by hand. Slide your nail under the lip and out she comes. I agree though if these are gummed its the why you need to worry about. Time to go over the whole fuel system imo. Tank, lines, filter/s all of it. Make sure nothing growing in there and no water present. Pump all the fuel out of the tank for a visual and also do an ethanol test on it.

Sounds to me reeds or junk in your fuel system somewhere. When Reeds go the motor will not idle very well at all, check for cracks in the reed cadges also, reeds may look good but the cadges have cracks.
