I have a manual and have rebuilt several Optis. There is a schrader valve on the fuel rail to check high pressure but no valve to check boost pump. I cut a factory line to install a valve in order to check low pressure pump. Low pressure pump should read 6-9 lbs and high pressure 95. I have zero at boost pump therefore no supply to high pressure pump. My confusion stemmed from the fact I have dealt with more EFI than DFI and did not know the high pressure pump did not draw from the vst like a normal EFI and only the boost pump. Should have been able to figure this out on my own but here we are.

Yeah two separate galleries in the vst. Very stupid in my opinion how they have all that. You should not need 3 fuel pumps to make 95 psi...
