Making good progress. Are you putting drain holes in gussets for bilge drain flow?

Everything under the floor structure wise is finished, floor cut and fit. Rigging tube hole cut, drain tube for front locker 5200'd in. Hopefully bond the floor in the next day or so. Fill some areas with foam glass it and then and flip it. Getting ready to blueprint the bottom and make some modifications.

I prefilled foam cavities 80% or so to get the foam into the corners and tricky area that can't be seen when floor is down, puttied up the stringers bulkheads and under floor supports and bedded the floor, drilled holes in floor to fill remaining areas with foam. Filled Holes with putty and added new core, squeegeed clean and glassed over holes. Next step is to tab floor in and cover whole floor with a final layer or 1.5oz for a clean gelcoat surface.

Floor tabbed in, I still need to add a layer of 1.5 oz matt over the floor and 3/4 oz up the side for a fresh clean surface to gelcoat over but i decided to wait until i flip it back over and work on the cap to do that. I weighed it and its around 460ish lbs so I'm glad its still under 500, looks like i should be able to make the goal of around 600 lbs bare hull. anyway shes flipped so on to the next step, clean and blueprint the bottom and extend them first set of strakes.

I got the first and second coat of gel on the bottom and sanded, little more sanding for final coat then a wet sand with 600 and buff. Decided to put a coat of color on the sides and transom to see what it will look like. ( cant post pictures) its not allowing me to upload any new pictures for some reason right now.

What a pile of work....looks great and I commend you for the chase of building it the way you want it. Are you going to keep the same amount of freeboard or cut it down?
