Butch, that U-115, a Power Cat with 4 Chrysler engines was Lou Cooley from St Louis MO. and he was on the entry list for the Galveston 1969 race. The U-105 is listed on the entry list as Roy Reeves in a Stylecraft with 3 Chrysler engines not 4.

[I just noticed in looking at the pages from this '67 Havasu race that there was a boat listed U-115 as a Powercat with 4-Chrysler motors on it... ]

I think I saw that boat at Galveston in 69 or 70..driven by a guy from Kansas I think.. last name something like Eies..he T-boned a Switzer cat that spun in front of him and flew completely over it taking the left pod with him..
bet Ron Hill knows who I mean...
