Actually .. Joe said that, below is my response.

You on the other hand, showed multiple pictures of engines with 20" mid-sections. Any verbiage after calling them 15's .. becomes a bit anti-climatic and out of focus.
    (see how nice I was)

    From post #49
"I did have one guy that sells aftermarket parts .. that wanted me to do the prototype work on a 15" porkchop. You might not have heard the full conversation, but you were there. When it was mentioned that there was a unit in the works .. YOUR BOY FROM MERC LIED and said .. they were ready to release theirs. Not my money, but we could have released one a year and a half ago .. "

Chaz = wunderin, how far/long does .. "just around the corner" entail ..

Gulfstream is finally going to offer a King size bed and 6 place dining table in the G5. Its about time-seems like we have been waiting forever. Makes me feel better even though I will NEVER buy one.

Do you know if there are any wing plate solutions yet for the 3.4 for those of us considering twins on a 24 ft cat?

Well they did get the "heart shaped" chamber .. sorta right. No quench pad on the outside ..
Valves are shrouded by the chamber walls .
Plug boss looks to be in the way.
Intake valve is sunk in the head .. looks like it needs to lift .100 before it see's day light.
    Other than that .. LOL

Welding heads ... be surprised @ what they really respond too ..

Intakes ... sheared, bent and welded a few of them as well ...

I have never looked into it. I am guessing there are bosses in the casting but never checked. Todd D. would know as he is going to run them in his new project class. I already had the front mount ram in place when we did the swap and its way better then the dual cable I used to run on my first 200 hp STV.

No ballers in this house. I am saving for a new propeller so I am forced to fly Allegiant almost every time.

That's awesome! Looks like it runs nice and flat too... Does that boat still have the lip?

P.S. I sent you a friend request on FB... I recently put Bretts old 16" Etec on my Allison.. Had a few questions for you I was going to send on messenger... You are one of the only ppl I know of that has ran an unlimited E-Tec as a river ride engine for significant mileage and ran one a V-Bottom as well.

    Thanks!
    AJ
