No locks. We could have gone a LOT further but we stopped at KC's BBQ for lunch then headed back. Beautiful ride.

    Darris who?

The blue Allison with the Dave Bush motor Dominated and won Saturday, I believe the DBR Triad broke.

They had two blow-overs with in 40 minutes, same boat design...

Sunday was a complete wash out, they raced 4 lake racer boats that never ran Saturday and that was It.

Very disappointing... I was hoping they would try Monday but...

A guy who was racing Shane Stovall said he saw 9MPH on his Shane's radar and no red light came on?

said he will have a GoPro next time to prove it.

I spent some time lined up with the starting barge and was surprised how many boats were not paired up many 1/2 or more

behind? when lights came on, Years ago when I worked the starting barge with Jerry Freeman he would yell out tell me what

you see, tell me what you see, he always wanted a fair start, there were a lot of turn arounds early in the day Saturday I was

at the finish line then, not sure what was going then... disappointing weekend over all with only one day of racing,

I did like the new location two separate ramps one in one out very smooth... real parking lots for racers and spectators real

    bathrooms

Bill's wild Hydrostream was WILD he had a great hole shot but had trouble holding on to It... kept backing out

My wife and I had a blast Saturday. We were only there for the day and made it more interesting by betting $1 every pull. If anyone saw a couple passing a dollar back and forth, that was us lol! Very excited to make this an annual trip. And yeah, that hydrostream and blue ally stole the show for sure. Those drivers are fearless!

I know some offshore racers use this, If they can withstand the pounding of the offshore race crowd, It can handle any thing

It's the best I've seen It don't miss a thing and will really help your game

you guys would be surprised how often your getting beat at the starting line

If everyone used these It would help eliminate cheating at the line...

    Only $499.00

Yep! His last pull made mine pucker lol! Lord knows any normal human being would have to change their shorts after driving through that! If he could have kept that thing in the water he would surely give that blue ally a run for its money.

    Cuda,
You've been racing longer than most of us, you know how angles from the bank are deceiving & how the radars work. I wasn't there but That 9 mph could have been picked up just beyond the commitment buoy. Call it what you like but the Radars keep everyone honest & are a Racer's best friend in heads up drag boat racing. Its the drivers job to be paired up properly by the commitment buoy (2nd buoy). IF a fella is paired up by the time he reaches the 2nd buoy & locks in just under 7.5 mph he will have a fair start.. IF he paired up then lagged behind at 5-6 Mph when the other guy was at 7.3 & still feels cheated he can blame only himself.. For me, it takes all my focus just keeping up with my radar speed, I sure cant keep up with my competitors speed & the green light also. Calling people cheaters & the chit stirring on social media is the number 1 killer of this sport we all love. People work hard to give us all a place to race . All the selfishness & Cry baby BS in racing only hurts everyone

From what I understand the lights are not set up like the old days, back then there was something like a 7 second delay once the red light comes on till it could go green giving both drivers time to pair up, today it is 1.5 seconds till the green light will come on the red light over rides the green so as soon as the red is off it will turn green, the started can turn on the green but it will not turn on till the red is done, before there was a zone between the the two commitment buoy's today I'm told not until your at the white buoy, so the game today is speed up just before the commitment get the other boat to red light trying to pair up with you, the starter can now flip the switch but It will not turn green till the red is off and Immediately turns green, so you have the sucker trying to pair up next thing It's green as you well know It don't take much at the line to make a big difference at the finish, from what I hear both DSRA and ODBA are now set up the same way, the guy whom I know has not raced with the new set up and did not know how to handle it, or what was going on.
From what I'm hearing but don't know for sure till I get a call back is once the guy who turned on the red trying to pair up slows down and the starter has the switch flipped It don't matter how fast the boat in the other lane Is going it turns green.
If someone knows for sure I'd like to know.

A long time veteran racer just contacted me telling me he was at Bainbridge Ga race a couple years ago coming into the lights he heard the crack of the other guys throttle so he thought Oh no you don't and sped up him self, said he don't know how fast they were going but thought that it was around 15mph double the red light speed was about ready to turn around because they both were way over and the light turned green? everyone I talked to said that is impossible but he swears It happen ?
and he is the one that won that class at Jasper that year the other was 3rd I believe.
    I'm done.

All I know is I'm buying one of these because I've watched offshore racing footage from one and It will answer a lot of questions and prove what happen, happen beyond the shadow of a doubt
