Tuff is laser focused on calm water V hulls. Big notches with pad bottoms. I've never seen them run in rough water but on smooth water they can't be beat.

Wildman did 97mph with his 28 right out of the box with twin 300XS smokers. Not sure where he ended up for top speeds. I believe the 110.
