I had no problems with them in my 135 merc, only a little vibration at idle with motor trimmed all the way down..That's the only picture i had.Click image for larger version.

Figured is update a little , still not broke n completely, havent got to run her long distance or nething for a period of time. Just short runs and still TRYING keep rpm down. Its seem prob 4500 maybe 5k for a split second , runnin very strong. Will hopefully be rigging on new hull next week. Texas 20225 sent me a great 260 flywheel ,and have a 1in spacer to install. I think that's bout it for now. Click image for larger version.

So I have run into a prob .. the linkage extension doesn't fit the 2.4 rod and cam. Unless I'm just doin sumthin wrong? Anyone have any experience with spacers?

Its 2.5 everything else but using 2.4 arm and cam. Is the threads on 2.5 smaller than 2.4 where cam screws on?

    Nice work
Lot of people call them a band aid for a bad setup....have also heard some say it will slow you down on top end.
