I'm am just about start looking for another block to go little more wild with , I'm thinkin a 2.0 , I have a very lite checkmate that a trex 2.0 would live great on at 9 0r 10k

Got a little nice weather and boat needs gas. I started off 25/1. How long/many tanks do I run 32/1 ?

This is just the way I’ve been doing it, I’ll run it double oiled for the first 10 hours including the three hours idle time on hose. ( I reset one of my trips on my GPS to keep up with time) I’ll run it 32:1 to 15 hours, after that I run the blend or Alisyn and then run the mixture it’s gonna normally be used at. (I stay at 32:1 on motas I’m gonna be running over 7K regularly) I won’t really run it all out until after 20 hours.

They only fit in one way, which you probably already know....Did you clean out the pockets really good...check for any sharp edges from the other mounts being worn out and making a burr somewhere. Just some things off top of my head...

Got it fired up today to check for leaks (sounds even better now) but leaking at both top mounts now. I've read over few post and looked at manual , seems I dnt have the rubber gasket and I didnt use sealant, the rubber didnt leak but prob sealed better cause of rubber? Gonna pull it back off tomo and put rubber washers in and use sum red? Gasket sealant? Or is there sumthin else I should use ?

I've had this problem before as well. I was sanding everything I could trying to get it to fit right. One day I called bob's to ask if they've had the problem before and the customer service guy mentioned to me that some people use double gaskets for mating the 2 plates together. Gives the mounts a little extra space to fit. Could be worth a try.

That's the nice thing about making your own mounts you can make them to fit right, matter fact i see some delrin mounts in the future for my 200 it will give my brother something to do as i still have enough to do another set.
