And for the new guys who haven't had experience with this guy don't be so quick to judge. He's a real peice of work and threatened to sue if his supporting vendor status was revoked. Has caused more problems and received more complaints than any one here. Google his screen name and screamandfly. I'm not a bully, I don't want to see anyone else get ripped off and possibly hurt or killed.

I removed it with a rubber mallet. Took all of three hits to break it off.

Come on Noah. You opened the can of worms. Didn't you expect some of them to get out? Not to beat on a guy that beats himself often but I just noticed his reputation bar under his name is red.
