It's a stretched V-KIng.

Fun fact Friday. A Vulture is not a stretched VKing but rather a Vector with some changes that eventual found their way to the VKing hull the following year. About 2-3 years ago I had a lengthy discussion with Howard about this and he said that what is on the registry web site is wrong and that they took a Vector and made it 20 feet to get around USCG horsepower limits/ratings and changed up the hull a bit and these changes eventually are what the vking hull was based off as far as core and structural design. Also, if you look at the rear wing area of a Vector and a Vulture, they are the same as where the VKing is more straight as the wing areas come out. Also, the first year for the Vulture was 1977 and the first year for the Vking was 1978. Cant modify something that hadnt been built yet. That is all, back to the build.
