You know it is also funny that many just sit back and watch what you do. most in the know don't talk to many because thy just don't want to deal with the BS
But after you show you are committed and doing the work thy will come out of the wood work to help you.
In the last few mouths some very good people have come forward to help me.
Then there is the other side the haters that come out to do what thy do just hate........
So at this point you need to filter out the haters and just move on.

so i took the merc a6 and a10 curves and charted the differences at each rpm.......

comparing the 2



each unit is 1% correct? i can see theres a huge difference in the 3k-5500 range and obviously above 8500.

my goal is to have a 56lb lake boat curve propped for 8500 max....and ability to cruise at 5-7k without need of a steamwheel.

rob....when u used the a10 on the lake.....did you leave it as is (for majority) or is the percentage increase in those areas referred to above way excessive?

i understand the a10 wasnt intended for cruising....and made to run WOT for extended time but lookimg for ball park "how much" and where to add

i currently have an a6 that we added 3-4% in mid-range but is that enough? or do i need to get some of it up to the +10s and +12s seen above?
