Maybe put a zipper on my lower unit to swap gears and clutch dog on the beach for a better ratio than all I would need is just one prop ?

sst 120 style trim NO TILT must use 5-6 inch set back jack plate, merc outboard trim ram merc or mercruiser trim pump, boat mount for trim ram has 4 positions equals 4 inches of adjustment.Had to cut off about an inch off trim ram mount cause its off set now fits the stock swivel mount perfect, also had to make a bushing to fit the ram size to the swivel bracket size so there you go make your own GOOD LUCK hahahaha but way doable.
