FINALLY A 450 HP outboard!

- Direct-fit Supercharger Upgrade that takes only a few hours to install
- Eaton TVS R1900 Twin Vortices Series (TVS) Rotating Assembly
- 450 HP from 5200 to 6200 rpm at 7 psi positive pressure
- 450 ft lbs at 5200 rpm

I'd be interested in the durability of the engines and drives after bolting this on. Doesn't look like compression ratio changes since it's supposed to be a bolt on kit. 10.3:1 isn't exactly ideal for boost. The gearcase also wasn't exactly designed to handle that much juice either.
When Mercury came out with the 350/400, it wasn't as simple as just cranking up the boost, and that engine was designed to have a blower!
Still neat, can't wait to see someone here bolt one up.

10.3 is a great CR for a blower.This is the age of fuel injection and computer s ..CR is your friend...we run these on ls motor s and the CR us 10.8
