I really like the built in aspect though and the big one comes w/a wireless controller too that I really like.
And as you say, I'd have a couple hundred $$ in material to wire drops and labor.
    We'll see.
Yeah, know what ya mean. Plus remote is nice to have to. And bucks to run 220 cable and outlets. Romex and 110 outlets nothing compared running 220.

Whats your cost KW? I pay 9 cents KW hour.

Heres a neat calculator for elec cost. Doesn't go to 15,000 watts, but take one the lower examples and double or triple it by doubling or tripling it on day usage.

We pay 8 cents KW hour. Have high efficiency forced air furnace and wood stove with A/C for summer. Prev house was electric heat, more than double the cost of now.

    Very cool

Haven't had the time for follow up. Would be hard to judge anyhow as it's two stage and would only be at full load during initial start up and when first bringing up to set temp.

Actually tried to run a boat yesterday. What was I thinking?

...83 degree's here today in Fla. With the 85% humidity, they say the "feels like" temperature was 89...and it felt like it. Remember those days Gary?

Nice guy... the "feels like temp" here is 30 but it's raining so it feels like =20 to me.

Got my tubes up and running. The silence is awesome and dont have to run any ceiling fans blowing the heat down any more. No way i would go back to forced air in a shop or garage environment

Many types heat seen. But walk into say a Wally World (one here) and grab a cart, outside room and get a "roast" heat from above? And it never gets cold here, but 45 days "winter".. but "wet". Store us has 4 above, clueless what (probably Elec as cheap here) and WOOF!

check local utility company for rebates, I got back $450 each tube , you should get another rebate for programmable thermostats, for wifi thermostats its $75 rebate here
I'm going to check into this approach.
