I blame the NFL completely for that bull that has come about. It may be a 1st amendment right BUT employers have a right to contract "ethics" with there employees. We have all seen how long it took the NFL to deal with domestic abuse and concusions. The next thing they will get away with will be giving oposing fans the finger! I thought and have heard of instances where if you threatened the president, it was investigated however insignificant, they are.
If any athlete cannot respect their country by standing for the National Anthem, they can do one of two things.
1. Leave the country, you evidently do not respect the land that gave you millions to play sports, stand up, unite and make it better.
2. Enlist in the armed forces. Learn to respect your country. You see Americans have their priorities screwed up. Athletes are paid millions while our soldiers come back from service without limbs and can't afford to pay their bills.
Support our servicemen and if the athletes don't stand up, boycott the entire team!

While many athletes are generous and do outstanding things for their communities and humanity in general they will never deserve the respect that our veterans do. Any athlete refusing to stand for any reason other than lack of legs should be banned from the sport they play. It's not a matter of screwed up priorities it's a total lack of character. Isn't this what they mean by biting the hand that feeds you. I wish some governing sports body would show some balls and make it an offense punishable by banishment.

And we find out that he isn't even a registered voter and didn't vote for anyone, not even Obomo.
Plus in Oregon or somewhere out west that something like 86 of the 130 protesters that were jailed also aren't registered voters.
They can tell this by just knowing their name and checking if they are on the voting registry.
My suspicions have been verified. Just as we thought.
