Another performance shop closing. I have not had any dealings with them since Wayne's days, but still sad to see them go.

It is fair to assume they have not made enough money to retire...

There is not a secret to it. It takes someone engineering what people want or need, investing the money to have the molds made, dealing with the process of engineering and mold production, having them built, dealing with quality control and then marketing them to hopefully make a profit. Its like everything else in life (time and money)-its never seems to be that we have both at the same time.

Taylor mids do not have a lower mount. The swivel bolts into the mid.

Might I add Its never good to contract/deal with Foundry's that cast Storm Drains and Man Hole covers either. There are foundry's that specialize in Aluminum. There is nothing wrong with Aluminum sand castings if done correctly. Is Die Mold casting better YES!!! And lost Wax i.e. Investment casting being even better YES.

Taylor was selling everything they produced. So the market was there. What went wrong?? Only the internal entity's will know.

Back when Wayne Taylor was on his death bed , Tommy Dunn and Wayne were putting together a Ignition system like Motec for a shot at Pro Gas ...
Wayne died and Tommy and I contacted the brothers about my parts $2900.00
the time they talked to me they said WE were wondering who's stuff this was...
I never got ANYTHING for my $2900.00 Tommy Dunn lost a 3L powerhead ,
    What comes around goes around...

    Jim thanks

I am working with Robert and Lee to get some of the OMC mids made as of now. I have asked about the molds for the 15 3l mec mid as well as the others. At this point I am not sure just what we will do. As things progress I will let you guys know.
