on another note I wonder when the last time a group of them granola eating canoe paddling bird watching manatee hugging f*** rented out a whole Motel plus part of another bought gas and brought all that money to a town

The speed limit area is from Lake Monroe to Lake George. If anyone drops South of lake George, then you are in a speed restricted part of the river. North of lake George is open to safe operational speeds.
