He said they didn't shorten the mid but he cut it and put another top on it? What's the f'ing difference? You still cut the mid in half and bubble gummed it back together. As soon as this thread started anybody that has been around knew what the excuse would be, it's always the customers fault with Eagle One. Talk about broken records

Ok, now my curiousity is peaked. Your pics aren't the greatest (no offense) but are the wall thicknesses on both top and bottom piece the same or is the top thinner???

Who cares the thickness! If the weld where good it would break somewhere else!
How you could be proud of that and ship it out with your name on it is beyond me. ...how anyone could put there name on that is beyond me
And he mentioned about giving something abuse for yrs this guy just got this mid from you and it broke in a bucket! Not after years of abuse lol it broke in a BUCKET! because of YOUR pos weld s!

ok "pal"
lol
I agree with everything you said...so you can drop the attitude. Noah should have said NO. my post says that. and I think that the burden to make this right falls directly on him. he ultimately had the final say and should be called out on it....and I am holding him ultimately accountable.
but lets not act like there is ZERO personal responsibility of a person to inspect the parts he buys and follow the advice of the people doing the work.
none of us know ALL the details....none of us know al the facts....im just going off of what either side is saying on this thread.
the pics show TERRIBLE craftsmanship and should never be excepted as quality work ANYWHERE. period. Noah should be willing to make this right with his customer IMO....you cant wash your hands of a ****ty job that you charged a customer for ....especially when someones life could be in balance.
you have to be man enough to say NO even if it means sendin the customer elsewhwere. that's the difference between a professional and a "hack" as so many have eloquently put it.

100% agree....
regardless of the condition of the part in question....and regardless of how insistent the customer was...this should have never happened.....
ultimately the final say was up to the professional (Noah) to proceed or refuse. if denny actually did insist on using a su-par piece against the advice of Eagle one...shame on him.....but that still does not make it Denny's fault.
Noah...just man up and make this right.

Denny...this sucks ...and I in no way was trying to imply that Noah is not ultimately at fault in my post....he is responsible for what his shop produces.....regardless of what his customers insist upon.
having been scammed myself I understand and relate to your frustration.
even if he did tell you that you shouldn't use the part (as he says) it doenst matter at the end of the day. you were given an unsatisfactory product....he needs to capitulate and not be such a hardass.
everybody makes mistakes....but a great measure of a man is how you handle yourself in light of a mistake.
