Steam Wheel On Pcu
Just Wondering What Percent Most Of You Were Running At When Hot Rodding And Also Just Cruising. I Know You Are Suppose To Go By Egt But Just Wondering.

Once it's tuned right, it should be set at 0% all the time.

The steamwheel is used mostly for dialing in your PCU. You can easily see what your motor wants at a specific RPM using the steamwheel, and then make the adjustment permanent in the box.
After initial dial in, the main function of the steamwheel would be to tweak it a percent or two for atmospheric changes.

on mine,
I have it at Zero at 1150 degrees WOT on the egt's. I'll fatten it up a tad for just cruising, and IF the day comes someone besides me happened to drive the boat,I can fatten it up a tad moe,,,,LOL !
Its a wondeful thing fer sure..

I love it when i am just idleing down the river i can take away alot of fuel so i dont smoke out the river! LOVE IT!!

One thing i must add! If you are thinking about getting Tonys pcm GET IT! Get the steam wheel too!! By far my best mods!I have done to my motor.
