    Well

I have to tell ya guys I'm simply not scared. I've sent some pictures to the local Sheriff's Department also so I'm covering bases.

Beer 30 the more bass boat props you try for your Skater the more confident I become. Don't forget to try out the Dynaquad brass ship propeller too. bblaahahahahahaha

    On A Serious Note

On a serious note I would like to at some point get a boat oriented competition at the Romp BUT I'm afriad competition drives people beyond abilities and sensibilities. The event has been accident free for years because we all look out for each other and use our heads throughout the weekend; fot the most part. Drink at appropriate times and boat at appropriate times.

Another part of me feels like guys don't go away with better set ups and faster boats. There is a lot of experience at this event and I don't think I've created an environment for all to tap into. I still would love to implement my radar on a barge with big display set-up but am not foolish enough to think that it won't turn into a competition. This year we will line up for the damn run You must come off plane at the bridge also.

We also need something for the women and children!!

    Anyway....let's here some thoughts.

The grudge drag racing at the rumble is a blast. Keep the distance short (600-700 feet) and it will be safe. A few markers and a starting barge and enough people around and it would be safe.

I will be bringing a couple of extra props along and am hopping that someone may have an OMC hubbed prop that I may be able to try to improve my performance. I like Phastboats schedule of events also but how far away from the campsites will the runs be? I am assuming you would not be able to watch from there so the families will not be able to watch.

    Can Arrange

I could arrange transportation for the families. Set up pontoon rental...there is also a gentleman on the lake that has a 30 plus foot pontoon that he'll operate...not too much cash.

If we decide to do this ALL boats will be inspected.

    Inspect this

Inspections? I was in the Coast Guard so I would be most qualified to do Coast Guard inspections. No overpowered boats except mine.

    My Exact Reasons

Too many people have their head up their ass when people are trying to have a serious discussion.

You've seen one roach OMC you've seen them all
