21 Skater 2.5 Merc offshore with a sport master lower unit not sure on the gears but im turning a mercury 14 x 26 merc lab finished cleaver and have seen 89 MPH on norskog GPS speedo! I have more speed in the boat just havent had enough sea time to be comfortable yet!

My lil bass racer runs 103 all day with a 28 et.....put on a 30 et and made 104 but prefer the performance with the 28....
