Right, and Vince Foster commited suicide. I assume you've never seen the list of people associated with Clinton who died of "mysterious" causes all through his career. I still beleive that if he hadn't been "wagging the dog", while his intern "bobbed the nob", after the WTC bombing, 9/11 would not have happened.

I can't believe that the Billary show bought that many ignorant viewers. Especially from people who are willing to argue that shutting your TV off makes it all go away.

Now if Clinton were OMC and Bush Mercury.....

But it sure helps a little! Besides, I listen to 6 or more hours of radio, so i'm not missing anything. Although, the radio commercials during the superbowl really sucked this year!!

Rickracer, I don't know if 9/11 would have been prevented or not. I have a hard time believing that even if we knew about the attacks in advance, we probably would not have believed they could happen. Before 9/11, could you have imagined that the Twin Towers would collapse?!?

We lived in denial because very few bad things ever happen to the US.

Now we know and now we believe. In court, you typically aren't allowed to speculate, so I can't speculate what would have happened if the dems were in power. There is enough specualtion already.

WTC should have been a wake up call. It should have set us on the course we are on now, going after terrorists in their backyard, not ours. But instead, our leader puffed out his chest, bombed a couple of aspirin factories, and went back to worrying about keeping his lies and infidelity out of the spotlight, and scoping out new female conquests to go after. If he had systematically gone after the perpetraters of the WTC bombing, they wouldn't have been around to do or plan 9-11, and there would likely have been less volunteers to carry it out. All this is mostly speculation on my part, but I can come up with a fair bit of evidence to support my theory.

These issues are hopelessley complex. The more you learn about them, the less you want to know. In 98 or 99, Col. Hackworth predicted the 9/11 attacks. You didn't see much of him on tv after that, because EVERYBODY said he was nuts after he said it. On 9/12, he didn't seem nearly as crazy. The designers of the World Trade Center engineered it to withstand an aircraft strike, but never considered what the burning fuel would do. The best Bin Laden hoped to do was knock off the top floors, and he was schooled as a building engineer!
And shame on us for having seven fighters on alert to defend this country. Sounds a lot like Dec 7th, 1941. Maybe we should pay a little closer attention to our own history.
So many people in this country want to make this our own perfect little world, where everybody has a chance to be living a perfect little life. As a matter of fact, they seem to be obsessed with creating this utopian exsistence, where "doing your best" is enough to make you the most wonderful person. The results don't matter.
The problem is, when you step beyond the borders of this country, there are quite few people that don't quite agree with that. "Doing your best" means nothing to them. Only results matter, and the result they crave most is lots of dead Americans.

Fly, all I can say is, avoid network news like the plague, watch Fox News, read Drudge and Free Republic, but you'll still have to decide for yourself what the real truth is. And remember, when you see things like the families of victims of 9/11 against Bush, I doubt we've heard from all of them.

As far as Clinton the child molester goes, according to a new book coming out by a former CIA operative says, we could have killed Bin Laden in 98. He was in a hunting camp one night in Afganistan. At enormous risk, a CIA operative went into the camp and placed a gps beacon. An F-18 sat on a carrier in the Gulf with engines running. The order never came from the White House to launch. We'll never know how that night affected 9/11.

I figured 9/11 was almost a necessary wake-up call to all those NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) liberal clinton worshippers who thought it necessary to open the country gates and de-arm the military,,,,BUT put a fence around their yard and yell at your kids to stay off the lawn.

Smack - If we couldn't have stopped them, then why are we doing it NOW ???. Several have been caught and/or intercepted.

The whole clinton era destroyed our ability for counter-intelligence and backing for the military. Especially with Janet Reno, Madelyn Albright and Billary holding the reins. The worst non-essential blood baths and rights violations since prohibition.
