We lost Bill Seebold
I just read on another site that we have lost the icon, the legend, Mr Bill Seebold. Can anyone confirm this for sure?

Yes I read the same.
I have been reading his book for the last few weeks.
Watched the Seebolds race many times.
Im glad to own and still run one of his boats.

Since around 1969 when my dad started taking me to the boat races, I heard the name Bill Seebold among some others. I was always impressed with his ability to size up his competition and methodically make his way to the front in any race, anywhere. He is also one of the most down to earth champions I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There is one heck of a racer reunion going on upstairs. You will be missed Mr. Bill.

Sorry to hear, my condolences to his family and friends. The Seebold name is synonymous with fast boats. Rip
