Yeah, that's possible but it's a different issue. The site doesn't appear to have been "offline"... but might have been overloaded by fake "users" and unresponsive.

Well I spoke too fast yesterday. When I tried to get on last night, it was impossible. I tried several times but no can do. This my first attempt today but it's lagging big time.

I would guess most are people's computers/phones that have some virus trying to harvest personal data or breach the site's security?

The 22 registered search engine "bots" (web spiders) are listed separately, so it's mostly not them.

I think they are probably just computer virus' that probe/attack popular websites... but I'm just guessing.

"A massive wave of online service outages rippled across the internet on Thursday afternoon, with a broad swath of popular platforms experiencing simultaneous disruptions.

Real-time data from outage tracker Downdetector showed a dramatic surge in user reports for companies including Spotify, Google, Discord and Snapchat."

Urgent alarm issued after ‘mother of all data breaches’ sees 16 billion passwords exposed — do this ASAP

“This is the mother of all data breaches,” Ed Peters, CEO of Data Discovery Sciences, said to NBC 5 DFW. “We tend to think of a lone hacker going and stealing your data. That’s not the case.”

With cybercriminals sitting on a dragon’s hoard of credentials, experts say the risks of account takeovers, phishing and fraud are higher than ever.

I think you can drag this link into your bookmarks (next to S&F) to check if the site is down or if it's just you:

    https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/screamandfly.com.html

I edited the name on mine to: S&F down?
