Its crazy that the Wildcat that Jim was building looked very different. That one you have looks more like what the Victor was that Jim was building. Of course Hustler is permanently closed now and I wish I had saved the info from thier web site listing and showing all the models they build over the years.

Was it Pipkorn or Contzen (sp?) that designed the venom? Seems to have some similarities to the virage, swept back windshield, etc. I still believe had the Voyager been marketed better, and unfortunately, built better, it would've sold better. Both the old and the newer version were great performers, and with the low windshield are drop dead gorgeous.

Kinda Viper’ish looking. Only it sits better in the water just floating.
Been toying with selling my Viper since the wife hates it so much and it’s kind of small for us with our now pre-teen girls and all our gear. But threads like this, wake me out of my stupor and make me not want to sell it.
