Newer Ford truck iconic silver is very close.
83 V-King, 96 Mariner, ff block 2.5 w/a 28p chopper
Ain't it great to have papa TRUMP back at the helm?

I found a bulletin with paint codes.

That pissed me off so much, can't do anything in this sh*thole state without freezing to death or the wind blowing it away. Last thing I need to do before leaving for Suwannee was set idle and timing, now I have a road rashed cowl.

The rattle cans work damn good if you don't have a paint shop.

That's the photo I scanned to Garzon studios and asked them to make me a set of decals in blue. Turned out nice. I have that photo/ sell sheet framed at home

Ghost Paint
You may be chasing a ghost (literally). Metallics do funny things under UV exposure. Chances are it will be an autobody painter who can change the paint on the fly to match what you already have. No paint codes, part numbers or bomb cans will do that. Those motor buckets only have one safe place to be. Bungee'd to the engine. Even the famous Merc Phantom Black will fade over time under UV. I hope your STV is garaged most of time?
