Yes. It does have all that. It has the lightweight cowl. 16A flywheel. One piece adaptor plate. Single piston trim. Available shorty offshore midsection. Available CLE gearcase. It's got all the good stuff.

91 was when merc released the production 2.5
91 going into early 92 merc used 7 pedal fronts on the production 200 motors
carb,,,efi,,,modvp and the 245 which was a 260 powerhead running on carbs instead of efi
and lots of mismatched parts from the 2.4 to use up stock,,,
most of 91 200s had the narrow 2.4 bottom guided rods and 2.4 crank
by mid 92 went to the 2.5 rod and the shouldered 2.5 top guided crank
so didnt know what was inside till pulled apart,,,,lol
as far as 245 vrsing 260
my findings as never dynoed things back in them days '
the 260 had more initial punch with the efi
but at 8k + ran the same,,,,and no rev limiter on the carb could pull higher rpms
but i also chunked the whm carbs for the bigger wh20s
so lil less on hit lil more over 8k in my opinion as no rev limiter to stop it
