200XS ROS weight
With the talk about the new 200R, I am wondering what my 200XS really weighs. Has anyone weighed one?

No, it was the 2.5 Optimax motor with a higher rev limit, solid mounts, and a 15" sportmaster. All the fun in the world without using a lot of gas on my SS2000

Good question. It was listed at 434. Add in the remote oil tank and the fact that merc seems to be 20-30lbs light on their numbers or very inconsistent on if that is with cowl, without, with or without fluids, and you are looking at around 460-475 all in. Just a guess.

I wouldn't trust any of the publicized weights. It's a 2.5 they don't fluctuate that much. What does it really matter that engine will be the lightest weight you will ever see again. Have fun and run it while it still runs.
