Launch where you want . Some will launch at Haddam Meadows State park .
Some will gather at Dart Island (6.5 miles north of Haddam Meadows near Bouy #73 and Tower #72) , others will just run up and down the river .
Please wear your vests and lanyards

There are no permitted regattas scheduled. If they are out there training/practicing they have no special rights or authority over anyone else on the river.
