So is the decatted Comp Werkes exhaust and Rexxer tune on my Hypermotard moto. Rules are for suckers, and it's only illegal ifn ya get caught.

But that's a lot of skrilla for 60 HP and maybe a few MPH.

In Super Stock racing with the 300r, they pass out and collect ECUs before and after the race to prevent Hanky Panky

My ZG1400 is on its third and last "Flash" with ZX exhaust.

My diesel pickups have all been deleted and programmed.

Even my KTM dirt bike has a Piggyback

    I understand.

They do not hand out ECU's before super stock races for the 300R. They did scan us both in and out last weekend.

Thanks for the clarification and if I follow things right you won at loto correct? If so congrats! The Steele team had a post about running an ECU flash that doesn't go into guardian as easy, is that a real thing?

I misunderstood, that was the procedure when they were using the 300XS, The 4-stroke is harder to get at, so quick swaps can't happen.

Congratulations, I was expecting Jackhammer to catch up. I saw one turn; they tried to make an inside move on you,

They got hosed down and lost lots of ground that they just couldn't make up in the calmer water,

Interesting, the DWs seem to do better in smoother water, the Victory boat, with its large steps, likes ruffer to get loose

It's a Great class. Good to see a fresh face in the winners circle.

Thank you. Correct- Mercury gives the race teams a race "tune"

I know nothing about the above, but where there is a will, there is a way. In a pure stock class, one little change, as stated.

over a long course makes all the difference. I've heard other rumors about another team, It's Human Nature.

In outboard drag racing 20 years ago, a guy got caught pumping water in and out of his boat to make weight

I highly doubt he's the only one that's used that.

Someone might figure out how to change the signal to the ECU to change it's commands.

The RPM record is remembered, not sure about Timing advance ect.

The "race tune" is a touch of timing. The motors are making 330+ hp stock so spending that money for a 30hp gain (if it was real) is a pricy increase. Its going to take more than a tune to make real power potential from a 300R.

You guys did a great job running and maintaining the perfect line. It didn't appear that Jay ever pulled back-I am guessing you guys have a really good set of 31s to pull off what you did.

Hats off to both of you guys-it was very fun to watch

Thank you guys for the info, cool to know there is a "race" tune even if it just relaxes guardian some. Do you guys still think a 15" 300r is on the horizon?
