2.5L which are the two lean holes?

I have 18 pink tip injectors I cleaned and flowed and quite a range of difference about ten percent for some of the most extreme. I can put 6 identical ones in if I want but I recall reading some years back now that two of the six holes run leaner than the others so anyone know off hand? Even more in depth anyone have a guess on how much fuel stagger I should aim for between the holes or just make them all the same?

I can read the pistons after and adjust from there but figure it can’t hurt to ask you guys first. Y’all know a heaping ton more than I do about these motas

I was always told 2 and 5 so always jet my carbs one bigger on those. But with crankcase injection I was told to if all injectors are good, put the lowest flow on #1, then work your way down to the highest flow injector in #6. Not sure if that is correct but seems to have worked. Now is it the same for laser injection? I would think so but I am betting for you and me, who will not be tunning to the ragged edge of disaster, it just doesnt matter, pick the closest flow injectors and do the low flow to high flow like stated above and run it!

I would venture to say it does not matter on bit with a stock ECU.

I have four ecus one from a 200 FF, one from a 200 EE, one from unknown 200 and a 225 promax ecu with a raised limiter. I sent them out for testing to make sure they are all healthy and to see if there are any differences between them with the fuel curve. I know I can’t adjust these but I should be able to work around a rich/lean condition using them. I also have an adjustable fpr for the laser for fine tuning. Failing all that I’ll jump to a Brucato which was my original plan but I managed to scour up all these parts and motors so I’ll try and work with what I have first see how it goes.

The motor I’m building melted #2 and partially #5 so I’ll be adding fatter injectors on those two holes. Five percent or less fatter. I can’t see it hurting it’s better to be fat than lean unless your asking my wife about that

if you check out the older 200 (140 jet/200 jetting ) for carburators
they have cylinders 1 and 2 richer

with the 200 cdm carburator models they are a bit over the place but with 5 the richest

i flowed mine within 1% and with the diverters in and an 200sst poppet spring it is still going good
