DaveS left us

I know he had some friends on here,but he passed away yesterday I’ll be going down by him this week to help his wife out

I had an unusual conversation with him a few weeks ago. I was trying to get him to go see a doctor, and he told me a story about attempting to, but leaving the hospital because they would not give him water.

Leaving and not getting checked and wanting to die...

It sounds like he really loves his wife for putting up with him.

For his family and close ones, a loss of course as it would and should be.

Unfortunately, Dave was bigger than just that. His knowledge spread well beyond his local circle. And that makes it a loss for anyone who has ever learned from him, and even more of a loss for anyone needing information that Dave took with him.

I was trying to find some impossible to find parts. Dave had them and not only shipped them to me on his dime but would then not let me pay for them. Good guy and a true enthusiast. I am sure he will be missed by many. RIP sir.
