Help with 2.5 200 1996 identification

I bought a project boat with a pair of 200s which I got running but would really like to know exactly what motors I have. They are carb motors with 25" mid sections.

Serial number from the frost plug on starboard motor is 0G469459. I can find it by serial number on Mercury's online Parts Manual. No tag on bracket. (It's a 1997)

Port motor has a Quicksilver Remanufacturing tag on the powerhead, Part# 813043r97 Serial, which obviously just comes up as a reman powewrhead. No tag on bracket.

Could these be offshore motors, I'm not sure how to tell. It looks like these are the possibilities for this year.

200CXXL Optimax Bluewater
200L
200L EFI
200L Optimax
200XL Bluewater
200XL EFI Bluewater
200XL Optimax Bluewater
200XXL Optimax Bluewater

It looks like my options for carb motors would be the 200XL Bluewater. I'm not sure about the Offshore designation or if that even applies to these motors.

Also can anyone tell me if these have the ADI Ignition.
