Want to buy LWP nose cone for inline 6 gear case
Looking to buy a low water pickup nose cone for a inline 6 or small diameter hub (4")V6 gear case. New or something used that I could salvage and reuse works for me, 😉

I will have those pictures of all of the 1968 125 HP Mercury inline parts to you in a few days. Had some family issues to deal with.

Will this work?
Measures 3-3/8” diameter at the back of the cone where it would mate up to the bullet of your gearcase.

I received a private message off of this post from a member NELSON EDENS Sold me a used Bob's cone off a V-6 case. It was a awesome deal and the cone was in better shape than anticipated, great guy to deal with fast shipping, wouldn't hesitate to buy from this member again. Being that the cone came off a stock V6 case, it just doesn't fit the inline case very well. But I do have a V6 case to use it on and it will work out fine
With this all said still looking for inline lwp cone and upper and lower soild mountains1994 Brad Collins Mirage Jag.with 1990 2.4 BP E.F.I Offshore

how high do you plan to run your inline case? i have run stock inline cases with the prop shaft right at the bottom and had no water pressure issues at all.
Just wondering...

Thanks for the response Tom, and I do agree with you on your point, I two have run a stock case at that height, but I tapped and put set screws in the top three holes on each side than I lightly ground the leading edges of the remaining ones to help trap or scoop the water into them, always had good pressure and volume in doing it that way.
The resand I was wanting to put on a nose cone and run the known set up is my own experiment to see what if anything is gained. Also that mph mark that blow out seems to happen with a stock none cle case I'm hoping to cross. Than I am planning on putting on a super speedmaster and compare the results.1994 Brad Collins Mirage Jag.with 1990 2.4 BP E.F.I Offshore
