Seem a movie years ago where they showed a chase scene with the driver jamming gears and when he gets to his destination he puts it in park. We're not supposed to notice that stuff.

And when they rack the slide 3-4 times in the same scene. Or when the slide locks back after the last shot then the next frame the slide is forward and they continue shooting. Grrrrrr!
