Love the comments... "And part of the number is my neighbor who has three reservations and he can't even buy a used car but ... of course he's getting a cybertruck ... smh ... why the rush???"

Well my wife has worked at a FORD dealership here since 2000. I ordered a new f350. It took 5 weeks after ordering for Ford to pull it to build. Hope to see it by the end of the year.
7.3 gasser. Forkin if you don't have a place you like to deal with I'd be glad to help you if you decide you want a ranger. Wife's uncle has one. Loves it

They quit taking orders, that new battery that they plan on using is the reason for the hold up, for right now they will only use them in the Semi truck and that will give them more knowledge, they can't build the batteries cheap enough yet, said they would loose money on each truck if they were to start production now.

Yes, and all those StarLink satellite's were supposed to be providing high-speed internet to my area a year ago... HUGE goals, lots of excuses.

Tesla just has to lose less on every car than the government gives them in carbon credit's to sell to good old polluters. LoL

I hope the people with Cybertruck deposits are patient or can get their money back

https://www.autoweek.com/news/a45583...bertruck-2025/ It looks like 2025 for volume production of the Cybertruck.

    For the record:
    (1) I think Tesla still builds the most advanced EVs in the world. This impression is based on Munro Live videos on Youtube. Munro tears down EVs and does cost analysis.
    (2) The Cybertruck is ugly. Its too early to know if its good.
