Timing arm sticky not going to full timingI noticed today after I disconnected my throttle cable to check all the linkages that the timing arm wasn’t going to the stop when wide open? I lubed it by the stater and it helped but it’s almost like it needs a spring added to it to go to the stop. When I hit throttle quickly it will go to stop but if I slowly apply throttle it stops a 1/4” to 1/8” short and was worse before lubing it. Do I need to remove flywheel to grease it or is something else going on? I could maybe add small return spring to help it?
